Online Reservation Policies

  1. Our staff will contact you within 24 hours after receiving your online reservation.
  2. You will receive the online reservation document which contains your booking details and reservation number. Please print this document out to present to staff when you check-in at the resort. The reservation document issued by Rita Resort is not the payment receipt.
  3. The reservation document issued by our official agencies, once you have already made the payment with them or their website, is the payment receipt.
  4. Due to the fact that we do not have an on-line payment system, our guests are required to make  payment in full upon check-in. Please do not accept requests for payment from another party whether by fax, e-mail or telephone. Please contact us directly if you have any questions. In case of booking through travel agents, please ensure that they or their website can be trusted before making the payment.
  5. When you contact the resort, please have the following details, so that we can efficiently process your request and reply to you.
    • Your reservation number
    • You name and last name used in the reservation
    • Your e-mail address used in the reservation
  6. Check–in time is 2 pm. An early check-in is subject to room availability.
  7. The reserved room can be held until 5 pm of the date of arrival shown in your reservation document. After the indicated time, reservations will be cancelled without notice.
  8. No pets allowed at any circumstances.
  9. By Laws and for safety reason, any outside people who do not have his or her name in the record upon check-in, which accompanied by our hotel guest must register and leave his or her identification card or passport at the front office before getting into the guest area. Then, collect them back once he or she leaves the building. The resort reserves the rights to not allow outside person who do not have identification card or passport get into guest room.
  10. By Laws, We require every guest to present passport and Thai identification card (In case of Thai residence) upon check-in in order to send guest’s information to The Thai Immigration Bureau and Department of Provincial Administration. The resort reserves rights to refuse any guests who are not able to present the passport or Thai identification card stay in the property; even the guests have booking with us.
